Calling our phone line

By calling the number on this website you agree that we may contact you back by phone about your request and your job. Calls may be recorded or logged for quality, training and record keeping where the law allows.

Call forwarding when our crews are unavailable

Our crews handle the calls that come in. During peak demand, regional freezes and storms, late-night emergencies, or when every crew is already committed, your call may be forwarded or transferred to another trusted local restoration provider so you are not left without help.

A provider your call is forwarded to is a separate business. Its pricing, availability, scheduling and terms may differ from ours, and any agreement for work is between you and that provider. Before any company begins work, confirm its insurance, credentials and a written scope and price.

Estimates and work

Prices are set only after an on-site inspection and agreed in writing before work starts. Cost figures on this site come from published national cost data and are planning ranges, not our prices. Insurance coverage is decided by your insurer under your policy; we provide documentation but cannot promise coverage.

Accuracy and limits

We work to keep this site accurate, but content may be incomplete or out of date. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made from website content alone. Nothing here replaces an inspection by a qualified professional.
