Spokane first. Then east along I-90 to Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake and our home base in Post Falls, west to the West Plains and north into the county.

Quick answer
We cover Spokane and its neighborhoods, the rest of Spokane County and Kootenai County in North Idaho, working out of an office in Post Falls on I-90. Calls are answered 24/7; on the call we tell you honestly when a crew can reach you, which depends on the hour, the roads and how many jobs are already running.
Spokane itself is most of the work. On the South Hill, neighborhoods like Rockwood, Manito/Cannon Hill, Comstock and Lincoln Heights hold some of the oldest housing in the region, with plaster walls, original drains and basements that predate modern waterproofing. Farther south, Southgate and Moran Prairie are mostly newer construction with finished basements. On the north side, the Northwest neighborhood and Audubon/Downriver sit close to the river, while North Indian Trail and Five Mile Prairie are newer homes on high ground.
East along the valley, Spokane Valley and Liberty Lake are mostly 1970s and later homes, which means finished basements, laminate floors and water heaters in closets. Our office is in Post Falls, just past the state line, so this corridor and the Idaho side are close to home.
The West Plains and the north county are a different kind of call. Cheney, Airway Heights and Medical Lake sit on open ground west of the city, and the 2023 Gray Fire made smoke and ash cleanup a real part of the work there. Deer Park and the country north toward Elk bring wells, septic systems and long driveways.
In North Idaho we cover Kootenai County: Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Hayden and Rathdrum, plus the lake communities around them, where high water and fast growth shape the calls.
Where coverage ends: past Kootenai County to the east, south of Cheney toward the Palouse and north beyond Deer Park we take calls case by case. If you are outside these areas, call anyway and we will say plainly whether we can get to you.

Our office is in Post Falls, Idaho, on the I-90 corridor between Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. Most of our work is in Spokane and Spokane County.
Yes, across Spokane County and Kootenai County, including homes on wells and septic. Long driveways, gates and gravel roads take more planning, so describe the route on the call.
