How we handle what you share with us by phone, on the job and on this website.
What we collect
When you call, we collect what you tell us: your name, phone number, address, what happened at the property and, if you choose, your insurance details. On the job we take photos, moisture readings and notes about the damage and the work.
This website does not collect information through web forms, accounts or advertising trackers. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your call, plan and perform the work, keep records of the job, prepare documentation you ask us to share with your insurance company, and contact you about the job.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to do the work: with your insurance company or adjuster when you ask us to, with suppliers or subcontracted trades on your job, with a provider your call is forwarded to when our crews are unavailable, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Phone calls
Calls to our number may be recorded or logged for quality, training and job records where the law allows. If your call is forwarded to another provider because our crews are unavailable, that provider handles your information under its own practices.
Maps and fonts
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. The map on our pages only loads from Google Maps if you press the View map button; until then no map request is made.
Keeping and protecting records
We keep job records, photos and readings for as long as needed for the job and any insurance questions, and our legal and tax obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect them.
Your choices and questions
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Call the number on this site and we will help.
