Our crews handle the jobs nobody plans for: a supply line that split overnight, a basement that took on snowmelt, a kitchen fire that sent soot through every room, mold behind a finished wall, sewage coming up a floor drain. We extract the water, dry the structure with readings to prove it, clean smoke and soot, remove mold, clean up sewage and biohazards, and rebuild what had to come out.
We work in homes and in businesses: offices, shops, restaurants and apartment buildings, where the schedule has to fit around tenants and hours.
How a job runs from the first call

The call
Someone answers any hour, asks what happened and where, and talks you through stopping the source.

The first visit
We stop further damage, photograph everything and map the moisture or smoke before moving anything.

Cleanup and drying
Extraction, cleaning and drying equipment go in. We come back to take readings until materials are dry.

Documentation
You get photos, moisture logs and a written scope you can share with your insurance adjuster.
- 05
Repairs
Drywall, flooring, cabinets, trim and paint go back once everything reads dry.

Our office is in Post Falls, Idaho, on the I-90 corridor between Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. From there we cover Spokane and its neighborhoods, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, the West Plains, north Spokane County and Kootenai County. The service area page breaks it down.
